1. Service
Gusheh is an audio streaming platform operated by Sadr Binesh Hekmat Espadana. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login. Activity under your account is attributed to you. False information or circumvention of limits is prohibited.
3. Content license
Audio and artwork are provided for personal, non-commercial playback inside Gusheh. Unauthorized download, redistribution, bulk extraction, or commercial use without written permission is forbidden. Rights belong to their respective holders.
4. Acceptable use
Abuse, attacks on infrastructure, disruption of others, or infringement of third-party rights is prohibited. We may suspend or limit accounts for violations.
5. Publishers
If you upload via publisher/admin tools, you warrant you have the rights to publish that content and remain responsible for third-party claims.
6. Availability
The service is provided as-is. Temporary outages, quality changes, or removals may occur. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages is limited.
7. Android app
The Android build may be distributed via Cafe Bazaar, Myket, or other official channels. Installing from unofficial sources is discouraged. App updates may ship separately from web updates.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Please contact us first to resolve disputes.
