1. Data we collect
Depending on how you sign up and use Gusheh, we may store: • Mobile phone number (OTP login) • Email, username, and if you use Google sign-in: Google account id and avatar • Playback history, likes, ratings, playlists, and genre/artist preferences • With your consent: push notification subscription tokens • Common technical web data such as device/browser type and security logs
2. How we use data
We use data to provide streaming, personalize recommendations (Smart Shuffle, radio), secure accounts, support users, improve quality, and send app-related notifications when enabled.
3. Retention & security
Data is stored on servers under our control. Session tokens use secure HttpOnly cookies. Staff access is limited to operational need. No system is perfectly secure; we apply reasonable technical safeguards.
4. Third parties
We do not sell your account data for advertising. We may use an SMS provider for OTP and Google for optional Google sign-in. We may disclose information when required by law.
5. Your rights
You can review profile information, disable notifications in device settings, and request correction or deletion via Contact. Full account deletion may require identity verification.
6. Children
The service is intended for a general audience. Guardians who believe data was submitted without consent should contact us.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page with the update date above.
